Band seeking female bassist

“I am currently looking for a female bass player (or guitar player willing to learn/play bass) to fill out the lineup. Preferably, aged 21-25 but this is not concrete. If you look this age and are at least 18, it should be cool. Looking for a Brody Dalle, Christina Scabbia, Sean Yseult look (or variation thereof; more extreme the better)

If you do not have bass gear/equipment, I will help you find some. I have some connections in various places that will help me/you get what you’d need.

I am also looking for the right frontman to fill out the lineup. Preferably, aged 21-30 but this is not concrete either. Again, if you look this age and are at least 18, it should be cool.

Looking  for a guy that can embody Robert Plant and Mick Jagger. NOT a showboater! Someone that understands visual pressure and changing the scene for each song.  Someone that understands that the show is NOT about them but about the band as a whole.  NO LSD!  (the attitude or the drug)

We have a Motorhead, AC/DC, punk rock/hard rock vibe. You gotta look the part (or be willing to onstage; everybody’s got day jobs). NOT looking for the “Affliction” guy!

The band has a project out already receiving radio play and good reviews. We recorded the project with one of the top producers around. We have some tour plans that are on hold right now until I have the right lineup. We also have several endorsements.

While this is not a Christian band by some standards, I am looking for someone who is. We play MOSTLY clubs/bars and have some touring possibilites with bigger name mainstream bands. We also play some Christian venues so you gotta be comfortable with both crowds which means you gotta be comfortable in your own skin. Our ministry is not so much preaching on stage but ministry to other bands.

You also have to fit with us.  We’ve been compared to a gang before.  You gotta be that right piece.

If you’re the person for the gig, plan to be busy real soon. Plan to play a lot.  Plan to work hard. We’ll need to get A LOT of shows under our belt to get ready for touring.

Female Rock Singer Seeks Band

“National Band Seeks Christian Guitarist”
Our group has a CD released through Provident/Sony, and a new project is coming out through TMG/E1 Entertainment in the next couple of months. There will be a video shoot with the project, and we have eight stadium tour dates scheduled that will pay each band member per date. We’re looking for a guitarist with some BGV ability, between the ages of 18 and 35.
