Underoath cover story and interview – extended version
I questioned whether or not to use the word “fart” in the recent issue’s cover story. It’s probably fair game, but then I decided to delete this intro, because it focused too much on the writer’s experience and too little on the band. I wanted people to jump right in and hear about the band – especially with the creative visuals we were using. Embedded into this story are a few of the cover possibilities we toyed around with (and ended up not using).
UNDEROATH and DRUMMER AARON GILLESPIE AMICABLY PART WAYS
Is this that much of a surprise? Still, it’s sad at this moment. Hopefully the future will be brighter for all parties involved.
Aaron Gillespie exlusive interview
It’s been really fun, we have had a couple design contests as well as friends doing some designs, but as far as the process goes. We get art then send it to our printer and viola!
