Saving God
“Yo, you’re a pastor. You’re supposed to be nice,” the young gangsta tells the Ving Rhames character (Armstrong Cane). “I am nice. I’m just real short on foolishness.” The relationship they build with trust over time is cool ... and where it goes is kinda surprising. Without getting simplistic, this movie dramatically portrayed a realistic story of redemption (with a surprise or two) in an inner city. [Echo Bridge] DV
