Legend of Lucy Keyes, The

“Are you a church-going woman?” Town crazy Gretchen Caswell asks mother Jeanne Cooley when she first moves to town, unawares of the “legend” based around a young girl’s disappearance. While the sudden frenzied intro is blazing fast and doesn’t really make sense, the rest of the movie is mildly scary and fun.
