Godfather (Boxset), The

This movie, while brutally violent in places, made a benchmark in cinema. Watching this film is practically a male rite of passage. In fact, according to Tom Hank’s character in You’ve Got Mail, every business deal in New York city is closed with a line from the Godfather. The first film was violently shocking when it came out, but is almost tame by today’s (lowered) standards, which makes an interesting comment on our society. III was the most thrilling and easiest to follow (due to less jumping around from timeline to timeline). In it we hear Pacino tell a priest, “What is the point of confessing if I don’t repent?” This boxset is loaded with extras (an entire disc’s worth) that make the series more understandable. Uh...okay, i'm sure there must be some sort of formula, but how the hell does one CALCULATE the "% spiritual relevancy"??? what does that even mean??? really, i would love to see the formula!

seriously. %of spiritual relevancy? isn't everything spiritually relevant in one way or another. are we saying really, %christian enough in order to ease the guilt inside you for looking at some boobies or hearing the F word? would someone read John Calvin please?

I thought III was the weakest of the series, and hardest to follow.
