This movie had promise. I sat down on a weekend to watch it late at night expecting quite a thrill ride. A protective mother (Tilda Swinton) discovers the dead body of one of those “bad influence” friends of her son, and she buries it deep inside Lake Tahoe, hoping that no one will find out. Soon someone comes around with questions. From there this “thriller” slowly becomes dull. A great murder/mystery story unfolds rather conveniently, and it all leaves me a little disappointed.
