A Kiss For Jersey Joins One Moment Tour
A Kiss For Jersey have announced that they will be joining the One Moment Tour this October. The tour sponsored by One Moment Management will include Before Their Eyes, Love Hate Hero, Eyes Set To Kill, Oceana and Ice Nine Kills. Speaking on the upcoming tour bassist Tyler Lucas said “This will probably be our fourth tour with Before Their Eyes and second tour with Oceana and they have become some really good friends. We feel that the tour have bands that compliment each other while it also has a nice split between the more melodic acts and heavier acts who have some melody like ourselves.” The band composed of Lucas, Zach Dawson (vocals), Cory Wood (guitar/vocals), Joey Allen (drums) and Matt Bean (guitar) have recently released their sophomore full-length Victims. Their music combines impassioned and progressive hardcore/screamo with technically shifting guitar lines and vulnerable but melodic vocals. The band had a busy few months including a lengthy tour on the Scream The Prayer Tour which was a traveling showcase of some of the best Christian heavy music artists out there. Speaking on the experience Lucas relates “It was a beautiful spiritual experience, I really felt the presence of God in that tour. After that tour we stayed out with Agraceful, War Of Ages and Oh Sleeper and it just stayed a positive vibe the whole way through.” Hailing from Pilot Mountain, NC the band formed three years ago with members averaging between 20-22 years old. Building up a strong local buzz, they came to the attention of Tragic Hero Records who are also based in North Carolina. Signing with the label they released their debut album Keep Your Head Above The Water in 2006. The band has completed several national tours including with artists such as Alesana, Scapegoat and My Hero Is Me as well as shows with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Fear Before The March Of Flames and Halifax.

TWLOHA Featured On NBC Nightly News
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. Founder Jamie Tworkowski and Renee Yohe recently spent some time with the staff of NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams to discuss the organization which exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery. At the young age of 26, Jamie Tworkowski left his job to pursue a dream to help others. He jumped into TWLOHA full-time and what began as a humble story and an attempt to help a friend had now become a non-profit organization. The story, titled To Write Love On Her Arms, along with the t-shirts Tworkowski printed to help pay for his friend’s recovery, started a movement, not only within his local Orlando, FL community, but one that was swiftly embraced by people everywhere. "With TWLOHA, we're trying to talk about things that tend to stay silent. We're talking about problems of pain and we want people to know about the hope and help that exist in the face of these issues. We want people to know they're not alone in the places they feel stuck. Maybe more than anything, we believe that people need other people, that we weren't meant to do life alone. We're told that nine million people will see this story on NBC, so we're obviously thrilled at the idea of so many people being invited into this conversation" says founder Jamie Tworkowski. Brian Williams is the seventh anchor and managing editor in the history of "NBC Nightly News," which represents the largest single daily source of news in America.

Building 429 Signs With INO Records
The Dove award-winning trio, Building 429 launches into a new season, recently signing a new label deal with INO Records and creating a new, self-titled album scheduled to release on Oct. 21. “End of Me” is the first single from their fourth studio record and it impacted Christian CHR and AC on Aug. 22. Jason Roy, Michael Anderson and Jesse Garcia have come a long way since their debut album Space In Between Us (2004) and are excited for the new changes that have come their way and for the new relationship with INO Records. “We are really excited about the future with Building 429,” said President of INO Records, Jeff Moseley. “With this record they are pouring life into their fans, clearly making their passion for music, people, and more importantly, God, known in a great way.“ Produced by Chris Stevens (TobyMac, Sanctus Real) Building 429 is using this album to help find their true identity as individuals and artists. “This record is a new beginning,” said Roy, Building 429’s front man and chief lyricist. “Its no longer about what everybody wants us to be or what we think we should be but a season of finding what God has in store for us. I’m more confident than I’ve ever been in my life when it comes to my calling, when it comes to my brothers and when it comes to my band. That confidence is not in myself. That confidence is in the fact that the Lord is going to do something great with us. We’re just excited to be along for the ride,” Roy concludes. One of the more buoyant songs Building 429 has ever recorded is the album’s first single “End of Me.” The song is a reminder that true fulfillment in life is found in surrendering control to Christ. “It is my constant reminder these days to live my life by God's design, says Roy. “To leave the burdens and the comforts of believing I have the power to find true life. When I admit I have no control and that God gets that responsibility, everything seems to make a little more sense.”
