2006 Readers' Poll Winners
Every year we ask you to rack your brain and narrow your vote down to one artist in 13 different categories. We come up with a prize to bribe your action and we even publish our own staff picks in the issue in the interim to give you time to figure out who your favorites were for the year. We use the word "favorite," because we like to do our little part in diffusing the competition within the body of Christ (at least as much as possible), also knowing that determining the "best" is too subjective anway. And we wait. We wait until all the votes are in and then we announce the winners. If you subscribe to HM Magazine, this is old news already (because we print the winners next to a nice color photo of their faces in our March/April issue). But, since the March/April issue may not be at newsstands just yet, this might be new news for you.

It's funny. This year's Readers' Poll has evoked more reaction than any years past that I can recall. I wonder why...
project 86 rocks!
