CCM

By the way, if you are a subscriber to CCM Magazine, you are being offered five options to deal with the remaining issues of your subscription; one of which is to transfer your subscription in-kind to HM Magazine. What "in-kind" means, of course, is: if you have 4 issues left in your CCM subscription, you'll get 4 issues of HM; if you have 11, you'll get 11. Go to ccmmagazine.com/offer for this information.

We are glad to partner with them as they transition out of print+online into an all digital online-only format. We wish them the best and I personally hope to continue being involved on the writing side of things with them, as I have in the past.

Doug:
A quick remark and request. I am begging you to not go the digital route (only) like CCM. For a variety of reasons:
1) There is nothing better than holding a magazine in your hands, and reading it.
2.) It can be left in certain rooms where it is easy to pick up and continue reading.
3.) having to read a magzine on an on-line screen to screen is actually a drag for those of us with less than stellar eye-sight. (meaning poor eye sight)
4.) Due to #3, (eye sight), we end up printing the entire magazine and suck all the ink out of our printer cartridges and this costs a personal fortune in refills.
5.) I save ALL back issues and frequently look things up, i.e. record reviews/ movie reviews/ sos and so's/ articles, etc.
I think digital is a nice option and source as a Secondary source. As when someone is away from home, and can toss it up on their laptop.
Enough begging. I just hope HM never goes the CCM direction.
Thanks for listening.

A big "Amen!" to that. (sung in harmony, as you're totally "preaching to the choir.")

I have no plans to ditch the print version.
