Ahh, fantastic wake-up music in the morning. I love the drumming and aggressive guitar playing of Comeback Kid. And that chant-along choruses are infectious. Even my kids are bouncing around in the backseat as I take 'em to school.
Chad Olson went to the World Series last night.
Wesley Denton works for a Senator in Washington.
Jason Dodd is publishing Bandoppler.
Tim McCready is kissing I don't know how many girls.
Cathy Tucek is travelling the world teaching seminars.
Bryan McGovern is teaching soldiers up in New York.
Chris Calloway is freelancing for Denver newspapers.
Lee Haley plays guitar for One Bad Pig and sells 100K mortgages.
Ted Kirkpatrick never worked at HM, but he drums really well.
Well, it's back to listening to a 2-foot stack of indie CDs.
Some are good and some are...cd's.
I want to see Radio real bad.
I need to see School of Rock.

wow, mentioned in doug's blog! so cool... also, neat to see what chad, brian and lee are doing. so is chad rooting for the marlins or yankees?
anyway, technically i work for a US Represenative, not a Senator. but that's ok, most people couldn't say who the vice president is anyway.
Posted by: Wesley M. Denton at October 23, 2003 09:38 AMOkay, as long as we're making minor corrections... Technically, I don't teach soldiers. I'm a soldier; more specifically, I'm the legal guy for an infantry battalion. When soldiers get in trouble, I do the paperwork.
But the important thing is, My wife's latest pregnancy test showed a faint line in the "positive" window. It may be a bit early to know for sure, but here's hoping (and praying).

Posted by: a1badpigfan at October 23, 2003 04:07 PMso brian, are you a staff judge advocate? kinda like JAG? my boss was one in the army national guard for 31 years...
Posted by: Wesley M. Denton at October 23, 2003 04:39 PMHey Wesley, I'm what's called a "paralegal specialist." The SJA would actually be an attorney. But we're all considered part of JAG, even though I'm assigned to an infantry battalion. I haven't gone to law school or anything, but I plan to someday, so who knows. It might be cool to be a military attorney.
Who's your boss? Feel free to email me directly: brian@mcgovernville.com ...
Posted by: McGovern at October 24, 2003 09:15 AMWe're lame...all former HM employees corresponding via a website blog. Geez!
Give me your latest email addys, Brian and Wesley, and I will hook up personally. Enough of this blog crap.
I was cheering for the Marlins, as I now live in Florida. But to tell you the truth, I hate baseball, but my father-in-law had boxseat tickets through his work and asked me to go, so I went. Baseball is much more interesing in person than on tv. Even thought I don't care, and really enjoy college football and basketball most (Go Iowa Hawkeyes!), go Marlins! I live here...
Anyway, email me you dudes, and we shall chat personally.
Rock it to Russia!
Technically, Brian is in the United States Army (USA), he files Report Litigation Modules (RLMs), but his official title is Field Artillery General (#%*).
One thing I should have boasted about Chad was he was able to crack the Easter Egg coding on the HM dvd. What a guy...that was hard.
Why hasn't Melba Jackson written for HM lately? I miss her. She's just an old lady, but she's fiesty.
Posted by: Pop Warner at October 25, 2003 08:25 AMChad's rad. It's so cool he has so much time on his hands that he can sit around and crack DVD Easter Egg codes. What a feat.
Melba Jackson? Is she related to Keith Jackson on ABC Sports? Whoa, Nelly! Now he's a fiesty one!
Posted by: Hey Jim at October 25, 2003 12:44 PMim not even a current HM employee let alone a former one. im just some schmuch who has nothing better to do than read former HM employees write bloggs to each other LOL.
