  1. [...] This list, from HM Magazine’s Doug Van Pelt (who’s actually from the Austin area and a friend-of-a-friend) lists a few bands I’ve seen and quite a few more I’m at least familiar with. If wristbands aren’t an issue and if we’re not asleep (haha), my husband & I might try to check out Jennifer Knapp tomorrow night (3/17). I’d love to catch the Eisley show, but 1am on a Thursday night is a bit crazy for me. Both of those are artists/bands I’m familiar with due to some connection to Cornerstone Festival — which is basically the SXSW equivalent for faith-fueled music, and which we attend each year in Illinois.
